… at the 18th Amrum Mukolauf this Saturday. Cystic fibrosis is one of the rare diseases in Germany and cannot be cured. Thanks to decades of research, most patients now reach adulthood and in some cases have children of their own. So did our runner Eva.
The donation will support those affected by this inherited metabolic disease.
We wish Eva much success at the run!
As of this week, the fiskaly Cloud TSS can be connected through our partners and middleware providers efsta and fiskaltrust.
Congratulations on the successful completion of the project!
fiskaly, written information and assurances are available from stakeholders in the federal ministries involved in the KassenSichV. The consensus is that the fiskaly Cloud TSS can in any case be operated as a TSS in compliance with the law beyond March 31, 2021. To achieve this, the cloud TSS must now be rolled out and activated.
We are extremely pleased to have finally received the TSS certificate for our CSP‑L. Reaching this milestone is a big step because the TSS CSP‑L component is a core part of the Technical Safety System (TSS). Read more in our blog.
“I am extremely pleased to receive the first fully comprehensive TSS CSP‑L certificate for fiskaly Cloud-TSS. This again shows that fiskaly is the right partner on the topic of KassenSichV,” Johannes Ferner, CEO fiskaly.
fiskaly received ISO 27001 certification on February 18, 2021 after an intensive audit process.
“Our aspiration is to maintain high quality standards in information security so that we can meet the expectations of our customers now and in the future,” Johannes Ferner, CEO, explains the motivation for carrying out the certification process.
We are pleased about the interview with Johannes Ferner, CEO, in the Close-Up section of the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
In the interview, we talk about tamper protection for cash registers, cloud TSS, IT security and Johannes Ferner as a person.
Many thanks to Mr. Kläsgen from the SZ for the exciting interview!
The interview can be read on the website of the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
The deadline for the non-objection provision, granted by the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) until September 30, 2020, has now been extended by 15 federal states until March 31, 2021. Bremen follows the guidelines of the BMF. The regulation for the extension of the deadline is thus subject to the individual federal states. By 30 September 2020, affected companies must be able to prove that they have commissioned a specialist cash register retailer, cash register manufacturer or other service provider in the cash register area with the timely installation or integration of a cloud-based TSE.
In the federal states of Brandenburg, Lower Saxony and Saxony, the deadline for placing an order is 31 August 2020; in the federal state of Berlin, the binding order must be placed by 30 August 2020.
fiskaly offers a cloud-based TSE that is already in the certification process and can be installed in time by March 31, 2021.
With three simple steps, you can extend the deadline until 31 March 2021:
Contact our sales team and get the contract for your Cloud TSS signed.
You can find the regulations in detail in our blog article Overview of the executive decrees of all States in Germany regarding KassenSichV.
The finance ministers of Hesse, Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hamburg and Lower Saxony have agreed to find a pragmatic and unbureaucratic solution to meet the TSS obligation. Baden-Württemberg, Saarland and Schleswig-Holstein, have already followed the first five federal states.
Accordingly, the deadline will be extended until 31 March 2021 if
With three simple steps, you too can be tolerated until 31 March 2021:
Contact our sales team and get the contract for your Cloud TSS signed.
The Markant Group, the largest service cooperation for suppliers and dealers in Germany and Europe, concludes a long-term partnership with fiskaly.
This partnership enables Markant’s trading partners to implement a scalable and modern fiscalization solution for the cash security ordinance. The international orientation of both companies fits together very well.
On this occasion we would like to clarify that the TSE solution from fiskaly is a pure software solution and does not contain any
hardware component (at the cash registers) in any form.
We would also like to point out that fiskaly SMAERS does not use TPM (Trusted Platform Module).
We would like to underline these statements with the following confirmation by Mr. Joachim Müller, the spokesman of theBSI:
Here you can find the document, which can also be used as a divisible confirmation: TPM confirmation.
The cooperation between fiskaly and snap resulted in a special solution for SAP ERP and S/4HANA, which enables a fully integrated implementation of a Cloud TSS. The ABAP based TSS can be integrated into existing SAP POS cash sales processes either by itself or by an “all-round carefree package”.
The solution also enables optimization at the POS: payment terminals such as Hobex, Wirecard, Six or Cardcomplete can be integrated directly into the SAP or S/4HANA system!
Efficient and cost-effective implementation of the Kassensicherungsverordnung.
From October 2020, cash register systems must be adapted in accordance with the Kassensicherungsverordnung. However, the regulations and challenges associated with this will create hurdles for many companies. Companies can now benefit from a new solution: fiskaly GmbH’s partnership with EFSTA has resulted in a complete package that meets and covers the requirements of the Kassensicherungsverordnung.
The digital receipt is a modern and environmentally friendly solution to the obligation to issue receipts, which has been in force since the Kassensicherungsverordnung came into force. Junge Gründer gave us the opportunity for an interview and to present our eReceipt.
Many thanks for this opportunity and the interesting interview!

Since November 2019, the fiskaly TSS has been officially under evaluation. Currently, all three components (SMAERS, CSP‑L and TSS TR) have been assigned certification IDs. Thus fiskaly had the first Cloud-SMAERS in certification and a lead of 3 months over the competition.
We are happy that everything is going according to plan and that the evaluation is running smoothly!
Until September 2020 retailers have to upgrade their POS systems in accordance with the KassenSichV. SAP® customers can now benefit from a new solution: a cooperation between Consult-SK GmbH and fiskaly has resulted in an add-on that serves as a central entry point to cash register data management, which brings along the TSS right away.
