The Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV) regulates, among other things, the reporting of cash registers to the tax office. Accordingly, all electronic cash register systems must be reported digitally to the responsible tax office, but there was no standardized reporting software for this yet. In a unique pilot project with the Hessian tax authorities and industry partners, fiskaly is working on the technical implementation of the reporting obligation. On the occasion of the successful pilot project, we cordially invite you to our webinar.

Our fiscalization experts Elias Priesching and Oliver Abl will guide you through the webinar. They will give you a comprehensive insight into everything you need to know about the reporting obligation and introduce the fiskaly SIGN DE x Submission API.

After the webinar, you will know everything about

  • Tax office report of the cash register: KassenSichV and the current status of the reporting obligation in accordance with Section 146a (4) AO
  • Important dates for implementation: Implementation for digital reporting of electronic cash register systems to the tax office
  • fiskaly SIGN DE x Submission API: Details on the cooperation between fiskaly and the Hessian tax authorities
  • Pilot phase and nationwide introduction: First successful tax office report and details on the expected nationwide implementation
