SIGN DE - The cloud TSS for easy fiscalization.

The product

The fiskaly SIGN DE cloud TSS is 100% software-based and can be integrated into all systems and cash register architectures. The integration of the product is done quickly and easily by implementing the Rest API.

The fiskaly Cloud TSS consists of two components:

• SMAERS component
• CSP-L component

These two components ensure the correct, encrypted capture and routing of transaction data, signing of transaction items and routing of data back to the respective POS system. In this way, the protection against manipulation in POS systems targeted by the BSI is achieved. The system and the API can be tested free of charge in advance. For that a Postman collection is available for a quick start.

An additional service is the fiskaly DSFinV-K, which covers the export of data from electronic recording systems. The export of this data must be made available to the tax authorities via a standard digital interface on the occasion of an external audit or a cash inspection.

Certified & legally compliant

The fiskaly Cloud TSS and the related API of SIGN DE were certified on May 25, 2021. This means that the product meets all the requirements of the KassenSichV, which was introduced in Germany on 26.09.2017. KassenSichV stipulates that from 30.09.2020 all cash registers in Germany whose design technically permits it must be equipped with a so-called technical security system (TSS). The product SIGN DE has the maximum certificate term until 2029 and is therefore the only certified cloud-based TSS for cash register systems in Germany.
